We were extremely blessed to team up with Brasfield & Gorrie on a new addition to the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta North Druid Hills Campus. This 19-story project will create healing views for thousands of children and their families.
903 Peachtree
We are honored to be working alongside Gilbane Building Co. and developer CA Residences on the new 33-story high rise. This student housing tower is located right off of historic Peachtree Street in the heart of Atlanta Midtown.
1812 Broadway
Cornerstone partnered with JE Dunn on this residential and hotel development in Nashville, TN. Sitting on a prime corner of Broadway, this project will consist of a 26-story residential building and 16-story hotel on top of 7 levels of parking deck.
3rd & Spring
This high-rise student housing is in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, GA. This project consists of 27 levels of residential structure atop 6 levels of parking. We were blessed to work with JE Dunn-Atlanta to improve the student living in this area.
Park Avenue
Gilbane Building Company believed in us for this high rise apartment building. The project included high rise apartments, parking and an intricate amenity space.
33 Peachtree
This mixed use development for Balfour Beatty in downtown Atlanta features high rise apartment units, low rise apartment units, retail and parking. The project also included a 120 foot span over the MARTA tunnel and complex amenity level at the 8th level.
TriBrand Marriott
JE Dunn was our client on this high rise, multi-brand hotel located in Nashville. This project paved the way for more successful projects with JE Dunn.
Heartis Buckhead
Heartis Buckhead Senior Living is an 18-story high rise on top of underground parking. We were fortunate to partner with Brasfield & Gorrie to construct this project.
The Charles
Sitting on the most prime corner of real estate in Buckhead, this high rise is one of the first condominium projects since the downturn of 2008. We were blessed to be a part of Brasfield and Gorrie’s team.
Grand Bohemian
We were fortunate enough to team up with JE Dunn on this high end, high rise hotel in uptown Charlotte, NC.
APEX Southpark
APEX is a major project located in Southpark just south of Charlotte, NC. In partnership with JE Dunn, this twin tower apartment building also includes parking, retail and amenity spaces.
Rio Bravo
This 21 story luxury apartment tower is in the heart of Buckhead in Atlanta, GA. Precision Concrete awarded us this project, which also has parking and retail space along Roswell Rd.
The Joseph
The Joseph boutique hotel is found in the SoBro neighborhood in Nashville, TN. It is a 21 story Brasfield and Gorrie project which contains 297 rooms, a rooftop experience and fine dining.
Hampton Inn Midtown
Balfour Beatty chose Cornerstone forming for this 21 story hotel located in Midtown Atlanta, GA.
Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta
This project was the first at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s new Druid Hills campus. Brasfield and Gorrie was our customer for this 8 level Center for Advanced Pediatrics.
Avalon 8000
Precision Concrete was Cornerstone Forming’s customer for this 9 level office building in the successful Avalon development of Alpharetta, GA.
Margaritaville Hotel
Wasting away again in Nashville for another successful project with the team at JE Dunn. This mid rise hotel continues to change the Music City skyline.
Hyatt Centric
Hyatt Centric boutique hotel is in the upscale South Park neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. We were fortunate to partner with JE Dunn on another successful project in this area on this 11-story hotel.
Thompson Hotel
This luxurious 10-story hotel sits at the corner of East Paces Ferry and Buckhead Avenue. This Brasfield & Gorrie project will feature a rooftop experience with views of the Atlanta skyline.
Riverfront Place Hotel
Cornerstone completed this upscale hotel project with Brasfield & Gorrie. It is located in downtown Columbus, GA with beautiful views of the Chattahoochee River.
Clemson Douthit Hills
This building was the HUB for a new Clemson student life area. Precision Concrete was our customer on the 4 level cast in place structure.
The Rapids
Adding to the renaissance of downtown Columbus, GA, this multifamily project for Brasfield and Gorrie overlooks the beautiful Chattahoochee River.
